Rebuild or new engine?

Hi all,

First post on the site and pretty drastic at that!
Had an engine tuning guy have a look at my sluggish 156 2.0ts 2002.
He said that #1 cylinder had no compression whatsoever!#2 14.5 bar; #3 14 bar; #4 8 bar.
What are your thoughts on this and what would you do in my position?
107,000 miles, other than the fatal engine diagnostics the rest of the car is in very good condition;tow bar fitted (1,000); LPG converted (4yrs).
He said that #1 pot had a lot of engine oil inside (worn rings maybe, or worse!)
Any refurbed engines for sale that are guaranteed out there?
