147 Handbrake Cable

Hi all,

I've ordered and received my new handbrake cables (having snapped one at the weekend) and printed off the correct pages to do the work (who needs a Haynes manual!!) and now I've hit a snag.

Jacking up the car is not a problem as I have a decent trolley jack but where do the axle stands go to support the rear of the car? I cant see anywhere obvious as the jack need to go through the under tray (I think) and as this is my first time under the Alfa I want to make sure I come out again!!

It's a 147 1.6TS Turismo if it makes a difference.

Please Help!!

I'd put them under the outer edge of the rear suspension subframe...but I haven't got an undertray on the 147 I'm working on, so not sure how viable that is for you....
