147 Indicator Relay location

Hi all,
My indicators are playing up on my 2.0l 147. It seems to be that when the weather is cold it takes an age for them to turn on after I have actioned it on the stalk. They do eventually come on but it can take about 30seconds! and its getting a bit silly having to pre-emt my next left or right turn up to half a mile befre i make it!

Ive taken off the cover under the steering column and can hear it clicking on and off I have also pulled out 4 of the relays that are visible but the indicators still work so i assume their relay is somewhere else close but not visible.

can anyone direct me as to where it is.
