Have the sensors checked out - water temp sensor, airflow mass sensor, lambda sensor. Easiest would be to take your car to a mechanic that has access to a diagnostic computer. When the sensors read anything out of the ordinary - either cos the sensors are faulty or if there is really something wrong with your car, the ECU will not allow fuel to be injected into the engine.
Sometimes, allowing the ECU to recheck and reset (leaving your ignition in MAR for 30 seconds without starting car) may allow u to restart car. However, the error is still logged in the ECU and will show in the diagnostic machine.
