Knocking suspension

Just had an upper wishbone replaced on drivers side and the car is still making a knocking noise. Checked out threads and it will probably be the arb bushes or droplinks.
Problem is at the moment money is a bit tight so i was wondering can the car be used safely for a couple of months till i can afford it or is it a must do thing?
The car is not wandering around or anything and cornering is still good, just bloody annoying at low speed

Your suggestions are right, if its not those then track rod ends, track rods(which are available seperately but not from alfa), or top suspension mounts are also a prime suspect.
