Driver Power 2004 Best and Worst dealers
AutoExpress conducted a driver power 2004 best and worst dealer survey and guess who came last out of the 34 marques surveyed, yes youíve guessed it, even Fiat (31st) managed to jump two places higher than last year.
A classic case of decent cars, that is let down by an underachieving dealer network. A drop of two places suggests things are getting worse, with even lower marks for staff helpfulness, workmanship and technical knowledge. Only 47% - one of the lowest figures on the survey - felt they were getting value for money.
This is what Alfa owners thought:
Good and friendly sales staff, but dreadful service department, with bad communication and poor workmanship.
I still canít believe that Alfa UK hasnít yet sorted out their customer service or dealer network and as a new 147 owner I hope I donít become another disgruntled owner.
