GT suspension

Guys, I posted the below in the upgrades section which has had a few views but no replys so I thought I'd try my luck here

Is anyone running Eibach pro springs and Eibach Pro dampers?

If so how much difference is there in the ride?. Also has anyone driven a GT with the Eibach spring/FSD damper combination to compare the two?

I've just noticed have reduced the Eibach dampers by 100 euros.

I have eibach pro springs and pro dampers and I run on 18" alloys.

I am really happy with the set up. It is great on A and B roads and motorways. Around town in Edinburgh where the streets are pot holded and all bumpy it is quite firm when I go over a rut but it is better than it was before. I changed my suspension at 36K as I couldn't stand the really poor standard set up.

If I ever buy another gt I would budget for changing the suspension as I now consider it a must have updgrade ( along with a remap or good tuning box for a diesel) for this car.

I haven't tried eibach springs and FSDs to compare.

If you search for posts by me in the tuning and upgreades section you should find more posts on this and feedback from other owners with the same set up their user names I think are alrn and marcelvol1 (or something like that)

Just so you know if you do get new suspension it takes about 500 to a 1000 miles to settle, so initial impressions may the ride is a bit hard but it will ease off.
