h6w bulb replaced. still dim!

I got both h6w bulbs replaced as one of them was very dim.
After replacing, they appear to be the same result. the one that was dim is still dim though bulb is now new!

Any suggestions? Many thx!

Poor earth or connection, check the bulb holder first. Hav'n't got the wiring diagram so unable to point you as to where earth for that lamp may be.

Get a multimeter and check you are getting at least 12volts to the bulb holder.
