Shouldn't be any major problems....I'd have thought your 146 would probably be plastic top so an easy swap. If its an alloy top, a bit more to it, but essentially swap all manifolds, the exhaust cam pulley and cam sensor and a few other sensors, and it should be fairly straightforward. You'll need to use the 156 clutch assembly, and if your 146 doesn't have aircon you might have a bit of a faff with bracketry off the 2.0, but I don't think it should be insurmountable. I think the 2.0 ECU will run the 1.8 without any real issues.
