156 2.0 JTS Running Issues.

Morning All,

I am hoping that someone out there has had similar issues to the ones described below, for background all the lambda sensors have been replaced over an 18 month period and the MAF has been replaced - the latter making a huge improvement to the reliability and performance - as before this the ECU would trip and go into limp home mode recording a lambda sensor fault.

When the car is hot at idle every now and again a misfire is felt, when cold no issues and this is not a regular fault so I cannot take it to a garage and guarantee that it will demonstrate the fault, no fault codes are reported by the ECU nor recorded in the memory.

At times usually when the outside temperature is above 25 degrees the car seems low on power and very unresponsive initially I thought this to be the A/C compressor but this has been fine this week with the A/C running all week with no noticeable drop in performance.

Anyone got a clue as to what is wrong with it?

All help apprecieated.
