have you chaecked ALL the fuses?
not just the main fuse box ones, but the ones in the three mini fuse boxes above it?
You'll soon know if it is a fuse or power failure issue by turning ignition to on, and see if the switch concerned is lit red as the rest will be, if it isn't, you do have a power failure or fuse out somewhere.
If it is lit up red like the rest, which is may be if you can hear some clicking when pressed, then it would sound like your actuator/motor is duffed! sorry!
but before diving in again, if you confirm you have power to it, get someone to press the button down for you whilst you manually assist the window down with a hand either side of the glass, they can often get very stiff and even stuck in the runners if not used very often. If you manage this method, give the window a good clean, and spray some lube in the runners to give it a hand in the future.
