i had the issue before and after i had changed my MAF and i had tried 2 MAF's an aftermarket one which was rubbish might i add and had to send it back and then bought a genuine Bosch one which works perfectly, no loss of power, no wavering idle revs and no chopping up and down in revs whilst driving like before.
i'm aware that anything can fail but what we are trying to say is the revs when idling are fine its just whilst your driving along and take your foot off the pedal you get a kick and when you put your foot back onto the pedal it kicks in almost like i am slamming my foot onto the pedal, to me i would say it's the throttle position sensor as it feels like the needle within in the sensor itself is jumping open the throttle rather than smoothly??
its a tricky one......
First a 156 2.0 Now a GT 1.9 JTDm... Ahhh a thing of beauty
