I've just read the other threads but none was like my issue
Here's what happened:
I bought the car at 94000 kms with no probs, then at 100000 kms i started having problems with the acceleration in 1st gear or reverse, its like when i press the pedal i hear a banging noise coming from the engine and it shakes violently making the car as if u have released the accelerator pedal fast back and forth. this also happens on Resverse.
The funny thing is that it doesnt always happen.
Now my car is at 140000 kms and still. I noticed when this happens. i can see the engine when i lift the boot up shaking and u can hear the sound of banging.
The problem goes when u have accelerated and the gears works perfectly when your on the road.
Very occasionaly when i warm up the car trying to press the accelerator pedal its does the same problem and suddenly the engine turns off and the selespeed system failure appears.
I have checked the fluid, i went to the garage done a check up, they told me i have to change 2 sensors in the actuators, i got them changed, changed the battery too, and he told me that the pump is working fine.
After the repair. It has worked PERFECTLY until it became really smooth on accelerating. 5 days later same symptoms again!!!
I have spent more than 500USD with no effect! What to do?
What could be the issue?
I went back to the garage he told me we'll have to unmantle the gearbox and check it.
He said it could be the clutch or the axe connecting the clutch, is it possible?
Any help would be appreciated!!
Thanks in advance
