Help Required

Does anyone know if you can replace the rubbers in the steering wheel controls - my 2001 147 Lusso is suffering from badly wearing buttons on the mute and source especially, has anyone else had this issue?

Also does anyone know if the metal alfa romeo door insert strip (not sill) the one in the black plastic trim below the door can be bought as a part as mine does not have this and is getting quite tatty where feet catch.

Thanks Again Mark.

Re: Help Required

Hi Mark, yep, got the same problem with my 6 month old 156 - mute and source the problem. She's going in for a service next week, so i'm going to ask if there's anything inexpensive which can be done.

Re: Help Required

I just got told that Alfa do not supply the controls or rubber membrane without the steering wheel - 170 plus fitting if I remember correct.

Re: Help Required

Until recently you couldn't even replace the gear levers on a Selespeed steering wheel either. And those are attached to the steering wheel with a simple screw.

I don't expect Alfa will deliver the radio controls without a complete steering wheel though
