CD Changer or Loudlink

Hi,

Just purchased my second 147 (first one someone decided to drive in to) this one has the sat nav and phone system but no bose speakers or CD changer, wanted to know how easy it would be to fit an after market CD changer or the Loudlink system into my car and if its even possible.

Secondly would it be worth upgrading the current sounds to the Bose one and again how easy to install the sub into the boot?

Thanks

Blaupunkt CD changers will work Plug and play, but its not worth it IMO. Loudlink is easy upgrade, but buy the right one. There is different Loundlink for connect Nav than for normal headunits. And don’t be fooled by cheap MP3 players on ebay that connect to CD changer plug. They are all ok with normal headunits, but don’t work with connect NAV even though the connector is the same. Only Loudlink for NAV works.

BOSE can’t be retrofitted. Do some search here. It’s not really just "difficult". Its simply not possible. The only way would be to buy another Alfa 147 with (complete car), strip both cars and replace all the cabin wiring looms. Than it MAY work... not worth it.
