What else could cause warm engine tapping?

Hi I have recently pulled out my pistons after having a tapping / knocking sound when the engine was warm, which increased with revs as shown in this video:

YouTube - Tapping - Alfa 1.6 twinspark

Before I took the pistons out I could not feel any play in the big end bearings whilst on the crank, up and down, of which I was expecting. The bearings though are pretty worn mainly in the centers with a few bad pittings on two sets and on one half the silver surface is moving out off the side slightly, but thats it. None of them have got down to the bronze coloured layer yet and they are all a really shiny silver.

Ive got the pistons out and can not feel any play in the gudgeon/piston pins either, of which apparently was causing it according to the e-learn software. Im going to change the big end bearings anyway as maybe even if I can feel no play at the moment, that small amount worn away probably only starts to knock once the oil is warm and thinner, of which is why I cant feel it with my hands.

Does anyone have any other ideas as to what it could be as I dont want to put it all back together only to find that it still is making that sound..

That sounds a bit like a blowing exhaust manifold.
