Hi doing a brake fluid change will help, but you main cause is more likely to be the discs, how much wear is there on them ??
Because of the compound of the brake pad material they are considerably harder than they used to be, so they have to be bedded in and that is done by using them, it can take up to a thousand miles before they are bedded in properly so try to avoid heavy braking during this period.
When i carry out a brake fluid change i start from closest to the master cylinder then work away, initially to flush the fluid through on each circuit. Then from farthest away back to the master cylinder, allow at least 1 litre to flush then another litre to make sure its clean on return to master, i would recommend you change the fluid for the clutch at the same time.
Good luck and get some one to help you with the pedal operation and keep pedal down before locking off bleed nipples.
