147 Replacement Badges

Anybody know what's involved in replacing the front and rear Alfa badges on a 147?

Mine ara both faded to the point of having no red left whatsoever. Seems you can pick them up for around 20 on eb (let me know if you know cheaper!), but I just want to check it's a prettu straight forward job and I'm not going to end up buggering it up and regretting it!

Run a search and you'll find lots of info on this one. Only would add that I recently got my front replacement from here: Shop4Parts: Parts for Alfa Romeo, Fiat & Fiat Commercial vehicles.

Bit better prices then other places I'd found

Hey, mine are faded too. The boot badge barely has any colour left. Did you get replacements? How much? Were they easy to replace?

Replacement badges

Hi, my 147 had a badly faded rear badge and I got one of Dan's badge for that, have to say it looks ace and was really easy to put into place!

The rear one you just need to remove the plastic boot liner the you can get to the bolt that holds it on...simples

I've replaced the front and back ones on my 147, they were both really simple. The back one is more fiddly but not exactly hard. I got mine from eBay, all genuine parts but much cheaper than from Alfa. If you can't find them on eBay try Mangoletsi
