I'm struggling with my 147 Selespeed. I was driving in 4-th the other day, and when I tried to switch - nothing happened. I started to brake and when the rpm fell low enough for the gearbox to switch down - it went to neutral. I stopped and tried to restart the engine, but it didn't help - still N and no reaction. I also noticed, that when I opened/closed the driver's door - the pump was silent. Still, unlike the other couple of recent threads I've noticed around I don't get any warnings/beeps nor selespeed failure warning - nothing. Just N (not blinking), no sounds from pump. Also, I couldn't switch into city mode - I pressed the button, but nothing happened as well. I've also tried to hold the switching lever up for 10 seconds - then it beeped (as it should have per manual), showed the selespeed failure warning, but didn't go into city mode and it didn't start to select any gears. Usually I sit like that for 2-5 minutes opening and closing the door and waiting for the pump to start working, but the other day I sat for like 30 minutes straight.
Oh, yes, and as far as I understand my local alfa garage, the alfadiag doesn't show any errors...
Could anyone lend me a hand with diagnosis?
