Re: Brake pad info?

Have you tried the "search" function using "DS2000"? It brought up quite a few threads.

Re: Brake pad info?

i have had DS2500 on front for about 2 weeks now. Results:

From cold they are as good as original pads at least, if not better
After 2 normal applications they are bloody marvelous
When warmed up fully they are the absolute mutts nuts - normal breaking requires finger tip pressure, and if you press firmer the pull up is constantly smmmmooooth and firm as kylies a***. I have pressed to 75% once and it slowed so quickly i got scarred. I can now stop like hitting a brick wall!

But also they are wonderfully fantastically progressive - they dont snatch, and also dont fade (as yet). and pedal feels firmer too.

The pads def outperform the 205 tyre width! i.e need more grip to take full advantage

And they are not any noisier at all

Simple - buy some, they are the best

ONLY down side is they cost about 95 ( - very good service)

oh takes about 200miles to bed in.

Hold the rear end slide....don't run wide!
