Anyone been to Monza recently?, Keith still there? Just that I have received 2 flash looking letters from them reminding of MOT & service due soon. They were signed by George Bevan Service Manager(not heard of) . I was wondering if staff & things have changed recently?

Keith is still there, George is a Service Advisor that sits next to Keith, I bought a car from them in December, it has been back to them 4 times for warranty issues, the last one being for a new drive shaft and inner CV joint. They didn't fit a new outer boot which would have cost me 13.36 it is now split and the attitude is basically "so what - it was good when we took it off" which is a quote from George.

I am not very happy and will not be using Monza Sport again.

I have no issues with Keith I just will not be using them again.

I also have no issues with items failing under warranty neither as I have got most of the cost back, although upper wishbone bushes were deemed not to be covered! rather everything fail before the warranty runs out

I saw Monza Sports ad in Autoitalia a couple of months ago, I phoned for a quote to replace cam belts , water pump, variator and a small job.
They never got back to me so i phoned to ask for price a few days later, i don't know who answered the phone
but the response was quite shirty and still didn't get a price.
I'll stick with Alltecnique for the belt service in future.

Always found them to be really good & very helpful.

Have bought 2 Alfas from them & been happy with the after sales, Servicing & Warranty stuff that they've done.

Would highly recommend Bryn, Keith & George there!
