Help V6 still missfiring why??? Help!!!!

my dear alfa 156 2.5 v6 is still missfiring!!!:cry
had a new second hand engine fitted in with loads of new parts (cambelt, water pump etc etc)
car did start but needs a few turn of key to do so and sound like is missfiring and running on 5 cilinders...we had a look and found inlet manifold gasket not fitted properly, obstructing inlet itself so is that the cause of missfire??
no it wasnt!! car was running same and wont rev above 5500 rpm now and injector light is on...we had a look again and found a cilinder wet of petrol, it was like the plug was not sparking...plugs are new thought so we swapped coil pack to see if that was problem but it was same story...missfire and not rev above 5500 injector light on!!
we even checkt compression on all 6 cilinders just to make sure and is all good!!!
so im wondering if this happened to anyone else and is it ecu related????
or does anybody know what could be problem???
also i went for a test drive in it and at speed when i indicate right and press brake the indicator stops working???? please help!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok so you have unspent fuel in just one cylinder-change of coil pack showed no difference.Compression ok
Sounds like spark issue -first even new plugs can fail so swap out plug-if no change test the coil pack to see if spark is reaching it-if not it may well be ecu or a faulty wire from the ecu.
Next try swapping injectors to see if the issue follows-may be weeping and flooding that pot.
Fault codes will be showing and a scan with alfadiag or examiner will give the easiest and fastest firm clues
Also worth checking that there is no water down the plug recess.
Doubt it is MAF as it would cause a general loss of power rather than a problem with just one cylinder.
The indicator issue may be to do with a short in the rev counter if I remember correctly
