Could be one of the securing bolts of the lower wishbone is loose - this will result in movement of the wishbone and you will hear a (depends on loosness of that bolt) clonking sound as soon as there is moovement between tires and body.
I have the same problem with some aftermarket wishbone which does not fit half as well as the original alfa part and the winding has some play... i most likely need to redrill it to M11 or M12 and find a high tension bolt to get rid of it (it needs to be realy realy realy tight... and if i go any thighter i'll have a two pice bolt....)
Problem here is M12 is most likely to big so not enough flesh left... M11 would work but not easy to find M11 Bolts...
EDIT: "loose" can be verry tight as they are quite high torgued normaly.
