Had the same on my brother's car a couple of weeks ago (not sure if there were any warning lights as such on the info system or not, but the engine light was already on due to a lambda problem)

Codes P0300 (msfire on multiple cylinders) and P0303 (misfire on cylinder 3). I just changed the plugs on it and the coil pack on cylinder 3 after measuring the resistance. The only coilpack to have a slightly lower resistance than the rest was coilpack 3, however, this was recently replaced anyway!

Having the same trouble, changed coil packs and also found that plug holes for cylinders 1&2 were full of a mixture of water and oil as is common with these, this in turn has led to the breaking of the rubber coverd ceramic HT connection from the bottom of the coil pack to the spark plug.
(20.00 each at the dealers).
