Springs, again - Eibachs on laden car?
I know that this has been done to death, but despite quite a lot of searching the archives I'm still confused..
I'm about to replace the front upper and lower arms on my 1998 TS (non-sportpack). It's done about 145,000km, so figure would be worth doing shocks, and maybe springs to stiffen it up a bit.
While most of the time I'm driving the car by myself, it does reasonably regularly get filled with the family (wife and 2 teenagers) and gear. I don't want to end up with it too low... been there before with other cars.
EB Spares have suggested Bilsteins, and either sport pack springs (15mm lower), or eibachs pro kit 35mm lower. The Eibachs seem to get good feedback, but I'm concerned that they may be too low when the car is well laden?
