Its pretty easy if you have someone to help you but time consuming. You'll need new brake fluid (Dot4), a long plastic hose which fits tightly over the bleed nipple, a small jar and a combination spanner to unscrew the bleed nipple. Remove as much old brake fluid from the reservoir, fill up with new fluid. Put the ring spanner over the bleed nipple and loosen it off a fraction, put the hose over the bleed nipple and the other end in the jar. Loosen the bleed nipple and get your helper to slowly pump the brake pedal several times, you should see any dirty fluid and bubbles come out. Keep topping up the reservoir, once you are happy that clean fluid is coming out then close the bleed nipple. Remove the hose and clean up any brake fluid which might have leaked from the bleed nipple. Repeat the process on all 4 bleed nipples.
