Re: GTA back in today
I was advised back in September that I should not order a 156 GTA just then because front hubs were due to be re-designed to overcome this disc warping problem.
I now have one on order and it will be interesting to see when I get it on 1st March if its hubs or brakes are of a different design.
There was talk of a recall for older models to get the new hubs.
Also advised in September that the optional spoked wheel would not be compatible with the new hub design.
I feel that the problem is one of disc cooling being cause in some way.
Often wise to dive gently for the last few miles before parking the car to allow disc to cool a bit whilst car is still in motion. With car stationary cooling is not uniform.
However, most posts would seem to indicate issue is notthat simple.
I'll post my findings in early March,
