Condensation in the fuse box maybe? Drys out as the car warms.

Flasher unit or Hazard switch? Do the hazards work first thing in the morning?

I have had the same problem over the winter. Neither indicators or hazards worked for more than 1 flash. I have put it down to a lazy flasher. Now the weather is warmer, everything is working OK again!
