Yes, if it's the relay it's easily fixed.
Take the relays in front of the battery out one at a time, and clean the pins underneath. Some IPA contact cleaner will help.
If that doesn't fix it, you can try swapping the relays around. The pump relay is usually a square black one in the 3rd column of the group, but I have known it to be one of the red ones.
The other test you can do is take the plastic trim off, unplug the pump connector, and power the pump directly from the battery to see if it runs. If so, don't run it for long or you could over-pressure the system.
