Removal and re-fitting the Turbo is not too difficult.
I have removed the Exhaust manifold and the connection to the exhaust pipe (3 Nuts).
And then taken the whole lot out.
Once you are ready to fit the new Turbo, Prime the New Turbo with oil from a syringe.
Do NOT fit the Turbo without Priming it!
Use a NEW oil feed pipe AND a new oil drain pipe.
If either of the pipes is blocked, your Turbo will be Toast in no time.
CHANGE OIL AND FILTER BEFORE STARTING THE ENGINE!

Parts in this list are for a 10 Valve, March 2001 JTD.
Studs, Nuts and bolts should have not changed too much, but I would make sure when ordering parts by suppling the VIN.
That might give you some pointers.
