147 Door Alignment

I have owned my Alfa 147 for just over 3 years and have recently noticed that my passenger door looks like it has dropped and isn't sitting flush when closed. Looking at the door from the outside when closed the gap at the hinge side is larger at the top than the bottom. Does anyone know whether this is a common problem and does anyone know the best way to go about adjusting the door back into position?

Any help will be appreciated.
