Hi I've got the same car and year, but over twice the mileage. came with bridgestone RE050's tried Eagle F1 GSD 3's but didn't like them much, went back to RE050's, just fitted 4 Michelin Primacy HP's
1. Bridgestones - OK, but go very hard with wear and then get extremely noisy
2. Goodyear Eagle F1's - Loved these on other cars, not right for the GT IMHO. Too much shoulder which follows the road, but great for leaning on in bends.
3. Michelin Primacy HP - These are great. Only done 1k miles but love them, more compliant & smooth and on previous cars got loads of miles from them.
I do lots of motorway miles and done hoon it around back lanes all the time, so my opinion is based on that, but i guess it is down to what you like and what your driving style is.
Hope it helps, good luck
