If its condensation it should stop doing it after the engine is warm and any standing water has been dispersed. As for your coolant level dropping , check the rad and hoses for a small leak , i had a slow coolant drop and couldnt see any water under the car when it was stood , then i found there was a tiny hole in the rad that was spraying water on the fan and was being dispersed so it wasnt leaving a trace of water anywhere. As your car is 7 years old a slightly leaking rad is a possibility , my 156 rad went after about 8 years. Check the fins on the rad for any green discolouration as this is a sign of a leak. If it is a leaky rad dont be tempted to use radweld either , i've heard this isnt good for the engine , whether thats true or not i dont know. Usually mayo on the filler cap is a sure sign of leaking head gasket and as the sniffer test came back showing no signs of a leak i would be surprised if it was the gasket personally.
As for the power drop that could be a mutlitude of things and isnt necessarily a head gasket fault.
At 10,000 rpm , no one can hear you scream.
