Help 156 Door Hinge

I picked up my new sportwagon last night after my last one died, I dropped it straight off at my local alfa specialist for a cambelt, lesson learnt.

However the drivers side lower door hinge is very worn, I notice the hinge is welded to the door but bolted to the post.

Is it possible to replace the door post part of the hinge to reduce the movement?

If its worn then you will want the door pin. Doors do wear so I imagine you can get one quite cheap instead of replacing your door! try auto lusso for a second hand one if you want.
