I have the procedure from some posts on here, but always worth the ask of people that have done stuff. The tensioning procedure seems a little fuzzy
I have a set of RIBE bits. I've had my Aux belt off 4 times in 5 years and still find the job a PITA.
Here's a few tips that spring to mind when changing the auto tensioner.
1) Stick the washer to the back of the new tensioner before fitting. I used silicon grease but superglue would be better.
2) Completely remove the belt. It gets in the way. Make a drawing of its route if need be.
3) Fit the Allen screw(pivot bolt) first. Then the 3 securing bolts.
4) If you can get your hands on a 32mm combi spanner it makes the job easier.
5) I use a piece of 1/4 steel 3 inches long bent in the middle to pre-tension the tensioner.
6) I use 2 6mmx20mm bolts with nuts on to turn the cam tensioner. (this is the PITA bit) you need 3 hands.

Good Luck.
