Damaged Alloys

I've got 2 damaged front alloys due to pot holes in the road. I guess having 17" rims is nice but the low profile tyres offer very little protection when the roads are in the state they're in. I hit one pothole yesterday that was so severe by satnav came flying off it's holder.

Sadly the tyres are now unable to bed against the rims and I'm losing tyre pressure quite badly. Well to cut to the chase is it possible to get alloys repaired or straightened out as I've seen a seller on ebay with some but he wants 199 a corner. I've attached a picture of the pattern I've got as I'm not sure on their name.

I had the same type of wheel as yours repaired not long ago due to a pot hole. Mine was knocked out of round (no damage to tyre or rim) and was returned back to shape quite easily. I recall it cost me around 45.
For info it was done here: Welcome to The Wheel Genie - Alloy Wheel Refurbishment Centre who are local to me so it may be worth looking up a similar set-up in your neck of the woods.
At the time mine was damaged a guy was selling replicas on ebay for 125

Yes but think on. Depending on the serverity is this a viable option. A friend of mine had an alloy damaged just recently. He took it in for repair and due to a rather nasty crack, the firm wouldn't repair it. Not sure if this is normal though.
