Thumbs Up 156 sportwagon 1.8TS Clutch Master Removal

Does anyone know where I can find a step by step guide (preferably with nice shiny pics) for the removal & replacement of the clutch master cylinder. I have disconnected the push rod from the pedal linkage and there seems very little resistance when activating the cylinder push rod by hand. Can you easily get to the back end of the cylinder on the other side of the bulk head? to disconnect pipe work. Seems to be working slightly at the bottom quarter of travel. Which way will it come out? - drivers compartment or engine bay.
Any help will be appreciated.
