As I am the guy you contacted on eBay, not much different from what I told you there
What Minirib is telling you is exactly correct.
If you have a code 1 key it can be cloned by most high street key shops
If you have a code 2 or 3 key you have to buy a new one from Alfa - there is no other choice, you can't use a second-hand one. However:
If you have a code 2 RED key a blank chip can be coded with your car - if you can find a blank chip. (obviously you will need a key too
). Blank keys are not easy to find but Minirib seems to have blank chips.
If you have a code 2 BLACK key the chip is 'pre-coded' (sort of) and it isn't a simple. Minirib seems to have a solution for that but as you can see you will have to send him your immobiliser box.
Code 3. Not a clue
The keys don't tend to break so I haven't bothered looking into them yet.
I do have some completely blank code 2 red keys and as we discussed, I'm willing to let you give it a try with the coding and return it if it doesn't work. Alternatively if someone else in the UK wants to give it a try first then get in touch. It may be faster than sending a key to Norway and back.
