Yes, but it is neither task is particularly easy. You need to drop the front subframe to access the anti roll bar itself.
If you are indeed persuing a squeek rather than a clonk, i do believe you would be better off investigating the upper wishbones again. Jack up the front of the car and spray wd40 on the pivot points of the upper wishbones (not the ball joint at the front, but the 2 large round pivots at the back). if the noise goes then it is the upper wishbones (pattern parts are of very poor quality and don't last). If this is the case, replace the uppers again (genuine parts only) and also replace the long bolt that secures the wisbone. use silicone lubricant to lubricate this bolt. The squeeking should be gone. Total cost approx £120.
The ARB clonks badly when the bushes are worn and doesn't squeek. Budget £300 to get it replaced.
