Steering problem, strange

Hi again...

My 156 2.4 has developed an strange steering problem. When I push accelerator their is alot of vibration coming up from the front. Its similar to when your wheel are not balanced, except mine are, wheels checked and alligned and tyres spot on and checked.

The faster you go obviously the worse it gets and when free rolling the vibrations are minimal but still present, cant work it out!?! But its defo related to power going to the wheels. All input greatly appreciated

Another week, another problem...

Does it do it if you accelerate from low speed in a high gear - when the engine is under load? If so it could be a drive shaft.

Sounds like a potential inner driveshaft joint problem; best get it looked at ASAP, because if it fails, you're going to lose drive, as well as risk consequential damage.
