147 Rear control arm bush replacement.

Hi, guys,

I have a quick question - how quick and difficult is it to replace my left rear control arm bush? I'm not even sure if its the rear control arm or the hub bush...can't get a definative picture but its the bush on the arm that extends from the rear axle and goes almot into the rear wheel...like this shot here...the long black arm...which one is that?

Its a little loose and when turning left sharply I can hear it make a noise as if its moving back and forth, as there is space to move between the nut and the bush, should I just have it tightened or replace the bush entirely?

I'm fairly experienced with tools but just want to know how difficult it is, is there anything I need to take into consideration before loosening the nut, taking out the bush, refititng the new bush, and tightening the nut???
