I've just changed the sensor on my 2003 cf3 2.0 147. I still have the old sensor. The part number on it is F00C 2G2 044. Manufactured in 2003 so looks to be the original. Hope that helps.

I can confirm that 0281 002 180 does indeed contain the correct MAF sensor for the CF2 V6 - arrived today and fitted.............thanks for all the advice and at 63 a great price too

Pic of 0281002180 from the Astra versus the Alfa V6.................quite a difference in tube size but the sensor is the same

Hi Dave, the sensor I had was fitted directly into a GSR induction hose last year, so I don't have the body anymore. I've copied the info on to your data base.

It's a very worthwile exercise and will save people a lot of money - certainly V6 owners. I managed to get mine cheap off ebay fortunately, but will only replace the sensor in future

You should have sensor number F00C 2G2 063 which according to a quick internet search is fitted in a Vauxhall MAF with Bosch part number 0281 002 549 - I haven't actually checked this by ordering the MAF, pulling out the sensor and confirming, I've only Googled the sensor numbers to see what came up.

Hi, thanks, yes it is a JTS. I tried to google the F00- number but with no luck. Is there a site where you can cross reference these (for future use). Thanks

Cheers for this!
Used these guys this week - was 59 delivered for the 0281002180 Bosch unit with same sensor as my CF2 V6.
Fitted it yesterday and the car is running perfectly today. Saving a wedge of cash.

Happy Chappy
Good work blokes!!

Just discovered a 51 plate 2.0 dti vectra has the F00C 2G2 030 maf sensor fitted.
Should be easier to find in a breakers yard than an alfa.
Not going to be new.... but as my maf is dead.... it aint gonna be any deader.
