Test driving GT Q2

Hi All,

I am test driving a GT JTDm Q2 this weekend, i've read the buyers guide and have a good checklist of what to look for. One area i am not sure on is the Q2 version. I understand from reading various threads the benefit of the Q2 diff, but what should i look out for when test driving one? and is it a part that is replaced after xxx amount of miles?

thanks in advance

Definetely go for the Q2... traction is better, suspension setup is a bit firmer (lower springs and stiffer anti roll bars). Q2 doesnt wear out with time. It is just like original differential, it only provides some benefits of a limited slip differential (altrough Q2 is not really a LSD). But it makes the car much better to drive. It wont interfere with your daily drive, but if you will give it a push you will notice the difference it makes.

There are also some visual treats inside of the car. Red stiching, metal paddles...
