How do I know if my clutch is slipping..??

As per the thread title, I have recently changed the timing belts, aux belts, water pump, had the car serviced, MOT'd, some hoses and piping and still... my 156 2.4 jtd seems as though it is lacking power. It revs freely when gears are not selected but when I engage the clutch it seems (in my mind) not as powerfull or responsive as it was when I got it 7 months ago. The car has done 118k miles now ('54 plate).
Also, under acceleration in 4th, 5th and 6th gear there is sometimes hesitation like the turbo is spooling then stopping, spooling then stopping etc etc. Can be quite annoying and happens under hard acceleration frequently.
Any ideas people?

If the clutch is slipping then you should notice the revs come up and the car is not moving like it should, another way to test it, is put into 3rd and stationary take the revs up to 1500rpm, handbrake up and slowly let the clutch up, if it stalls - clutch is ok, if starts to engage and revs stay up means the clutch is slipping and you will probably smell it by this time.

Another suggestion it may be ur MAF sensor
