Spoiler removal - 156

my 156 saloon has the medium sized spoiler on it, the same as this i think:

i want to remove it, but it will obviously leave holes, does anyone know if there is a lip type spoiler, like the autodelta one, that might cover the 3 holes i asusme it will leave?

In my opinion your best bet is to buy a secondhand bootlid without the holes.

You can pick up on in very good condition for around 40, and there are no shortages of 156's being broken so you will be able to get one the right colour.

I had a Zender spolier (same as the one on the picture) on my 156 when I bought it and I managed to sell it for 100 on ebay.

ive been looking for a bootlid, but my car is the last facelift, and there dont seem to be many being broken! i looked at using a pre facelift one but the latches dont work properly aparently.

Having just taken off one of those spoilers today, for sale, I can confirm that it leaves three holes....one at each end, and one on the middle strut where the wire for the brake light goes through (no fixing bolt on middle strut.....)

Can't think of any other spoiler that will cover all the holes. And yes, the facelift bootlid is different from the pre-facelift......and rare......
