Alfa 147 Wing Mirrors???

Hey ppl,,

Just a quick question, sounds stupid but im stumped..

Only had my 147 for just over a week, it's an 05 (facelift version), and the wing mirrors dont fold in, dont know if they are stuck (maybe have'nt been folded in before!!), i've tried some wd40, and tried giving them a push (dont wanna push to hard incase I brake em)..

Anybody had anything similar, know how to solve this.....

Thanks everybody

Mikee :-)

My wife crazy

Same on our car ( 45 Plate Lusso) I don't want to force them. Previous car -145, they moved easily.

They will fold Mikee, they are just stiff. My passenger one is not folded all that often, as I generally park on the nearside of the road, so I fold my drivers side instead. If I've not folded the passenger mirror for a week or so it is quite stubborn.

Btw this is a great forum, im new to the whole "Alfa World", first impressions based on the first week of 147 ownership are fantastic, think im converted, think once you own and drive an alfa you get hooked an alfa' sure you'll see me on here quite a bit asking various Q's..

Once again, thanks guys. oh and if anybody else has any suggestions they are very welcome :-)

Welcome to AO Mikee, you are right on 2 counts, once you own/drive an Alfa you will get hooked :thumbs up: ,and the wing mirrors will break if you push them too hard
