Help 147 Supersport Slightly Buckled wheels

I have read a number of forums where people have said due to the material and design they are slightly prone to structural failiure. I have recently replaced the front left with a 2nd hand one which is slightly off perfect. It feels much better to drive than before but just wondering if there are any long time side effects or real problem with slightly less than perfect wheels?
The non perfect rolling is on the inside edge and only very slight.

Opinions and information welcomed. Cheers guys.

Various alfa's

Many cars have slightly 'bent' alloy wheels, some are not noticeable, others are very obvious.

If its bad then it can cause the tyre to deflate, if that happens quickly a tyre with low pressure will over heat, and can tear or even slide off the rim.

It really depends how bad it is.
