Rubbing noise on 147

Lately, ive noticed that when I steer on the parking or at very low speeds, a strange rubbing noise comes from the front wheels. It seems like some rubber get in the way of another. it sounds LIKE my tires are too big and rub on the wings, but thats not the case, they are standard 15 inch. this only happens in motion (so i exclude power steering problems) - and i cant hear this at normal higher speed above 20-30 mph (probably there i just cant hear it)

it crossed my mind that it could be that diff is low on oil - or maybe something with steering system.

its not that iritating, and the car steers perfectly, but i know there should not be such a sound.

anyone have some ideas?

Sounds like the upper wisbone buses. Do they squeek at low speed on uneven roads/twists and loudly groan when you hit a speedbump or pothole?
