Alfa romeo 147

Just bought an Alfa 147 and would like some help please....

Hi all, and this forum looks very good.

I bought an Alfa147 yesterday.

First off, i have a radio from my previous car which was a suzuki swift which i bought and was told it could fit in most cars by Halfords. I have therefore kept it. Would it fit into my 147?

Secondly, my 147 didn't come with SatNav/Cd ect. system built in, but could i have one put into the place where they have them built in? If so, which is the best to get and do you have a link? Thanks very much.

If i can have one put in i would then keep the radio which i kept.

Welcome to the forum!

First up, I should imagine that Halfords sell an adaptor face plate for the Alfa 147, this will then enable you to fit your current CD player, which I assume is standard shape if you bought it from Halfords???

Satnav wise, you are seriously much better off just buying one you can stick on the windscreen, such as a Garmin, Tomtom, or Navman, etc etc, Depending on your 147, it may be too difficult to install a Satnav into the dash where one would be fitted if it was a better spec model,
