Various electric failure

the front windows on my 156 sportwagon have stuck open. I think it maybe electrical but I have checked the fuses next to the steering wheel and they are fine. I have noticed that the lights on the front window switches are also not working (rear ones fine and working). Also the dashboard lights, the heating control lights, the clock light, the brake lights and other lights not working although the functions work when pressed. I have tried looking at the fuses in the engine bay by battery and they are ok too..... Anyone have any suggestions?

It could be the problem i just posted something about to ask for help. If you jiggle the key around in the ignition and push it around it may work.

When mine isn't connecting properly the headlights do not work along with the wipers and WINDOWS! etc etc

Hope this helps
